Nadim Bitar is the founder of Coachtruction, combining over 35 years of leadership experience in construction with more than a decade of experience guiding and empowering leaders. After leading three companies through growth, success and eventual closure, he realized the most resilient structures are built within people.
His Leadership journey started with a simple question: "What am I truly here to do?" That question led him inward, where he found a passion not just for building companies, but for helping leaders lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.

Clarity, Consequences, Capacity, Connection
- Clarity – What is the real issue behind the noise?
- Consequences – What are the short- and long-term impacts on cost, schedule, and relationships?
- Capacity – Do we have the resources, time, and authority to implement this decision?
- Connection – Is the choice aligned with our company values, vision, and people?
