Meet the founder

Nadim Bitar is the founder of Coachtruction, combining over 35 years of leadership experience in construction with more than a decade of coaching experience. After leading three companies through growth and closure, he realized the most resilient structures are built within people.

His coaching journey started with a simple question: "What am I truly here to do?" That question led him inward, where he found a passion not just for building companies, but for helping leaders lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.

Today, Nadim partners with business owners, executives, and teams to transform reactive patterns into conscious leadership. Through Coachtruction, he helps organizations align their people and systems, creating cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and sustainable impact.
